That was my take, too. A very fun, very informative, _very_ wide-ranging discussion of everything Web 2.0. I think we’re all concerned that the 1.x million members of the NAR are missing out on this world we live in. A podcast of that dinner would have provided a concise gestalt of the information revolution in real estate.
