For the most part, a tight group of real estate bloggers were simply talking amongst ourselves. That’s not a bad thing, nor is it unusual. If you haven’t realized that the same core group is on Facebook, ActiveRain, Twitter and other social networks, then you haven’t been doing this long enought. 🙂

Organic searches are still finding the site, so it will be moderately interesting to see how much traffic that continues to drive when the writing here officially ends. I’m guessing this will be the last post.

This was a fun test of Utterz and Twitter. I’ll be doing it again for Real Estate Connect in New York. Let me know if you want to join the party.

Special thanks to Daniel Rothamel for his great updates.

Pete Flint from Trulia and Joel Burslem from Inman News

This photo was meant to go with a light hearted and extremely entertaining commentary by Pete Flint, CEO of Trulia and Joel Burslem from Inman News and The Future Of Real Estate Marketing. But it is nowhere to be found on the Utterz backend. So, the least I can do is give them a larger photo. If the sound shows up later… I’ll attempt to repost.

Here was the gist… the analogy that Pete used (that Joel usurped on the audio) was “people seem to be holding the pieces of a puzzle and are trying to make it all fit, but they don’t have the box top the puzzle came in to use as a guide.”
