One Way To Reduce Travel Expenses

If the budget is tight, as you can imagine it would be with Luxe Lofts, then one way to keep the expenses low is to simply not man your booth. It’s brilliant. The booth becomes a highly targeted billboard.
Except these guys are in Las Vegas.
This photo was meant to go with a light hearted and extremely entertaining commentary by Pete Flint, CEO of Trulia and Joel Burslem from Inman News and The Future Of Real Estate Marketing. But it is nowhere to be found on the Utterz backend. So, the least I can do is give them a larger photo. If the sound shows up later… I’ll attempt to repost.
Here was the gist… the analogy that Pete used (that Joel usurped on the audio) was “people seem to be holding the pieces of a puzzle and are trying to make it all fit, but they don’t have the box top the puzzle came in to use as a guide.”
I was very impressed with Mike Ela, the President and Founder of HomeSmart Reports. He comments on the differences between HouseSmart Reports and other AVM models, like a Zestimate. A special treat for the NAR attendees who were willing to stay up for it, was the implosion of the Frontier Hotel & Casino. Jackie Colson-Miller had a room with a perfect view. She invited anyone who was up for it (2:30am) to her room to watch the spectacle, and there were six of us, including Kevin Joiner from Crye-Leike. Here is some video I shot. The actual implosion created no light for the camera to pick up, but the explosion was powerful.
